Our flagship product is a gut-friendly protein powder, and we’ve built a strong position in the IBS market. We’ve grown significantly through Meta, but there is still a lot of room to scale. You’ll own creative strategy from research and ideation through execution, including managing editors, designers, and creators. What You’ll Do: - Develop winning ad concepts, hooks, angles, and scripts - Analyze performance and identify what to scale, kill, and iterate - Build creative testing strategies - Direct editors and designers - Research competitors, customers, reviews, and new messaging opportunities - Own the creative process from concept to completed ad Requirements: - Your ads must have spent a minimum of $100,000. If they haven’t, do not apply. - You must provide proof of spend - Proven experience scaling ecommerce brands on Meta - Supplement experience strongly preferred - Strong direct-response copywriting and consumer psychology skills - Deep understanding of Meta and performance creative - Must understand ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, CPM, and other key metrics We are looking for someone who has already done this at scale—not someone looking to learn on the job. We’re looking for a strong operator who wants to grow with the brand. Compensation is flexible, with room for performance-based bonuses and raises as you help us scale.
