Edric Keitaro

Creative Strategist (Remote) — DTC Beauty Brand Scaling Past $3M ARR

Edric Keitaro

$2k – $6k

Monthly

Location: Remote (US timezone overlap preferred) Type: Full-Time Comp: $4.5K/month base → $5K at 90 days + performance bonus tied to ROAS We bootstrapped a DTC anti-aging skincare brand to $3M+ ARR in under a year. Just sharp creative, aggressive Meta spend ($150K/month), and a product women genuinely love. We're looking for a Creative Strategist to own the creative engine. This is not a content creator role. This is not a social media manager role. You'll own the ideas, angles, and briefs that directly feed $150K/month in Meta ad spend, and you'll see the performance of every concept you write. If you've never obsessed over hook rates, thumbstop ratios, or why one angle crushed at 4x ROAS while another flatlined, this isn't for you. If you have, keep reading. What You'll Own UGC pipeline, end to end. Sourcing creators, writing briefs, directing edits, iterating on winners. You decide the concepts, hooks, scripts, and visual direction. Static ad briefing. 15+ concepts per week for our designer. Every headline, subhead, visual callout, and CTA. Repurposed video edits. 10+ per week from our existing UGC library, you write the cut sheets, our editor executes. Research and angle development. Review mining, Reddit, organic social, competitor libraries. You find the sub-avatars nobody else is targeting and build creative that speaks directly to them. Performance analysis. Weekly Ads Manager review. Diagnose what's winning, kill what isn't, and feed those learnings into the next round of briefs. These volume numbers are a starting baseline. We're an AI-native team and expect to scale creative output aggressively, part of your job is finding where AI expands volume without sacrificing quality. Who You Are 1–3 years in DTC performance marketing. Beauty, skincare, or CPG strongly preferred. You understand direct response. Awareness levels, sophistication stages, hook-body-CTA architecture. You know why an ad converts, not just that it does. You can show your work. A portfolio of ads you briefed or created that actually ran on Meta, with performance context. You think in angles, not aesthetics. You know the difference between a pretty ad and one that converts. You've briefed UGC creators before. Sourcing, scripting, directing, revising — the full loop. You're AI-native. We run on Claude. You should already be using AI to accelerate research, hook generation, and brief production — with real judgment layered on top. You're built for volume. 30+ deliverables a week doesn't scare you because you've systematized your process. You want to go deep on one brand. Not a stepping stone. We're building something and want someone who wants to build it with us. Compensation Base: $4,500/month, moving to $5,000/month after a successful 90-day review. Performance bonus: Starting month two, you earn a percentage of Meta spend on ads you briefed that hit our ROAS target. Reviewed quarterly and scaled as the brand grows. Realistic total comp: $5,700–7,000/month once ramped, depending on creative performance. Your bonus is funded by actual profit, not fundraising. When your ads work, you get paid more. That's the whole structure. Why This Role You'll be Creative Strategist #1 at a brand actively scaling toward category leadership in non-invasive anti-aging. Direct access to the founder, full visibility into performance data, real creative ownership. Most creative strategist roles mean you're one of fifteen people touching a brief. Here, you own the brief. You own the pipeline. You own the results. We're launching new products over the next 12 months and expanding into new markets. The creative function scales with the brand — and so does your comp and scope. How to Apply Include the following in your application: Links to 2–3 DTC ads you briefed or created (Meta preferred). Tell us the angle, why you chose it, and how it performed. Answer this in 2–3 sentences: What's the difference between a "brand" ad and a "performance" ad — and why is that distinction mostly wrong? No portfolio or specific answers means an automatic pass. We're looking for people who take creative seriously enough to show their work.

Gregory Freitas

$2k – $3k

Monthly

We've built a one-of-a-kind supplement brand that helps women feel more confident in their bodies. We're positioning ourselves in the market in a way no one else has, and that's exactly how we plan to disrupt the women's supplement industry - with unique products, unique marketing, and world-class creative. We're currently spending $400k/month on ads, and our goal is to reach $1M/month by Black Friday. To get there, we need exceptional people. Why This Seat Exists We're scaling fast, and we need more creative output. Until now, a handful of editors have been collecting most of the winning-ad bonuses. It's time to bring more killers onto the team and allow more talented editors to earn the same. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who's hungry, competitive, and obsessed with becoming one of the best. This isn't an agency where you'll edit the same type of videos every day. Our environment moves fast. You'll constantly be learning new customer avatars, mastering new AI workflows, testing new creative formats, and producing ads quickly enough that ClickUp never gets the chance to add an "Overdue" tag to your briefs. If you're the type of person who enjoys improving every week, thrives under pressure, and loves seeing your work directly impact revenue, you'll fit right in. Graphic design skills are a big plus. Examples of Ads You Should Be Able to Make: https://canva.link/1tzsjh2m6124hwc Don't Apply If -You can't edit ads at the level shown above. -You can't consistently deliver 2–3 briefs per day. -You don't have 35–40 hours per week to dedicate to our brand. -You want to work with multiple clients at the same time. -You're looking for an easy, low-pressure editing job. The Pay $2,000–$3,000/month base salary (depending on your experience and skill level) Flat bonus for every winning ad On average, our editors earn an additional 50% of their base salary every month through performance bonuses. You'll also get access to our internal performance dashboard, updated daily, where you can see exactly how your ads are performing compared to everyone else on the creative team. The better your ads perform, the more you earn. There is no ceiling here. If you consistently produce winning creatives, you'll be rewarded with higher pay, bigger bonuses, and greater opportunities inside the company. Ready to Join? If you're confident you can compete with the best, apply below and complete the screening questions (if prompted). We're only hiring A-players.

Creative Flywheel

AI Video Editor / Creative Producer

Creative Flywheel

$3.5k – $5k

Monthly

About the company: Creative Flywheel is a performance creative & media buying agency for DTC supplements & skincare brands. We build ads that sell — founder-led, async-first, no bureaucracy and no pointless meetings. Our culture in three words: accountability, efficiency, results. The Role: One person, the full creative cycle — from idea to final render. You spot the angle in the data, build the concept, write the script, generate the footage with AI, edit it, and hand the finished ad to the media buyer. No briefs to wait on, no handoffs, no ad-hoc huddles. It's a sharper setup than the old strategist-plus-editor split: the person with the idea is the one who executes it. And you won't be doing it alone — there's already a team running this exact role, plus an internal process and tooling we'll train you on. Most people come in strong on one side — usually editing — and we build out the creative-strategy muscle from there. That's the part we teach. What you'll do: - Dig into ad accounts and competitor libraries to find the angles worth betting on - Pitch the concept and write the script — no brief handed to you - Produce A-roll / B-roll with AI (Kling, Seedance, Veo 3, ChatGPT, Omni) - Cut, render, and ship the ad to media buying - Track how your ads perform and iterate on what wins - Strategize with the Creative Director & Head Of Growth Who we're looking for: - You come in strong in one of these and grow into the full producer role: - Senior video editor ready to take creative ownership, or - AI-native editor already producing with generative tools, or - Creative strategist who's also hands-on in the timeline Must-haves: - Senior-level editing skill - AI fluency — Kling, Seedance, Veo 3, Omni or similar (and quick to pick up new tools) - Strong English - A proven eye for what converts on DTC — you've made ads that performed, and you can explain why they worked - Self-starter who owns the outcome and doesn't need to be told twice Why us - 1% of ad spend on top of base when KPIs are hit — real upside, directly tied to results - Full creative ownership — your idea, your execution, end to end - Focused, not scattered — you work on a small number of brands at a time, so you actually learn the product, the customer, and the data instead of context-switching across ten accounts. That depth is what makes the creative hit. - We invest in you — structured training on our process, tooling, and creative strategy - Async, founder-led, no empty meetings Hiring process Short call → paid test project → trial → offer

Product Engineer - Retention

Adam Radwan

$5.5k – $10k

Monthly

Product Engineer — Retention We’re looking for an obsessive product engineer who wants to build one of the best consumer products in the world. This is not a “take tickets and ship features” engineering role. You’ll own the loop between user behavior → insight → product change → retention impact. We want someone who thinks constantly about questions like:     •    Why did this user come back?     •    Why did this user leave?     •    What moment creates the “holy shit” experience?     •    What should happen in the first 5 minutes, first day, first week?     •    What can we ship today to test that?     •    How do we make the product noticeably better every single week? What you'll own You’ll work directly on:     •    Activation and onboarding     •    D1 / D7 / D30 retention     •    Habit loops and re-engagement     •    Personalization     •    Notifications, email and lifecycle     •    Core product experience     •    AI interactions     •    Paywall and subscription experience     •    User feedback loops     •    Analytics and instrumentation     •    A/B testing infrastructure     •    Performance and reliability     •    Rapid product experiments You’ll be expected to talk to users, read support conversations, watch sessions, analyze cohorts, ship experiments, and measure what happened. Not just code. How we operate We want extremely short feedback loops. Observe → hypothesize → ship → measure → learn → repeat. You should be comfortable shipping multiple meaningful experiments per week while maintaining a very high quality bar. If retention moves, we want to know why. If retention drops, we want to know why immediately. If users hate something, we want to see it and fix it. If users love something, we want to understand it and amplify it. The person we're looking for You probably:     •    Are unusually obsessed with consumer product quality.     •    Can design, build and ship full-stack features yourself.     •    Have strong product intuition.     •    Care about tiny UX details.     •    Understand analytics beyond surface-level dashboards.     •    Can query data and investigate cohorts yourself.     •    Move extremely fast without becoming sloppy.     •    Prefer shipping and learning over long planning cycles.     •    Naturally use AI tools to multiply your output.     •    Think in systems and feedback loops.     •    Want ownership rather than narrowly defined tasks. Experience building high-retention consumer apps, subscription products, AI products, social products, games, health products, or other habit-forming products is especially interesting. What success looks like Your job is not measured by how many tickets you close. It's measured by whether the product gets better. We care about: Activation ↑ D1 retention ↑ D7 retention ↑ D30 retention ↑ Engagement ↑ User love ↑ Time-to-insight ↓ Experiment velocity ↑ Within a few months, we want a product organization where we're learning from thousands of user interactions every day and continuously turning that learning into a better product. The bar We want someone who can become obsessed with the product. Someone who opens the app outside work because they noticed something that could be better. Someone who sees a 3% drop-off and wants to understand exactly why. Someone who talks to five users, sees a pattern, ships something that night, and checks the data the next morning. Someone who genuinely wants to help build the best product in the category, not simply complete assigned engineering work. If that sounds exhausting, this probably isn't the role. If it sounds fun, we'd like to talk.

We're building decision-intelligence tools for businesses, and we need a neuroscientist to help us understand the psychological and neurological foundations of consumer behavior and purchase intent. What You'll Own: You'll design and conduct neuroscience-informed studies that illuminate how consumers make purchasing decisions. You'll analyze consumer data through the lens of cognitive science and behavioral neuroscience—identifying patterns in decision-making that our clients can leverage for growth. You'll translate complex neural mechanisms into actionable insights that inform our product development and help our clients make better strategic decisions. You may oversee testing protocols, interpret biometric or behavioral data, and advise on experimental methodology to ensure our research is rigorous and applicable. Who You Are: You have formal training in neuroscience, cognitive science, or a closely related field (MS or PhD preferred). You're comfortable working with consumer psychology, behavioral economics, and decision-making frameworks. We're building software that integrates complex data systems, and we need psychological expertise to guide how our platform works with human behavior and decision-making. You'll serve as an advisor, bringing your understanding of cognition, perception, and user psychology to shape our product and strategy. What You'll Own: You'll advise our core team on how users actually process information and make decisions within data-heavy workflows. This means reviewing interface designs, data presentation approaches, and user flows through a psychological lens. You'll identify where cognitive load becomes problematic, where decision fatigue kicks in, and how to structure information so teams can act confidently. Your insights will directly inform product decisions and help us position our software around real human capabilities rather than what we assume users can handle. Who You Are: You hold a degree in psychology (or related field with substantial psychological training) and have experience translating behavioral science into practical applications—ideally in product, UX, or tech environments. You understand cognitive psychology, decision-making processes, and information processing. You're comfortable working with non-psychologists, translating concepts clearly, and collaborating with engineers and designers. You'll be responsible for; the generation of images, the FB page ideation (if you want a specific page to run the native statics) and the copy of the ad. If it comes down to it and you want to make prelanders/sales pages - this can be negotiated, either you can have a part, or you can have nothing to do with it at all. Looking for someone who has a portfolio and is already established (with proof), spending 100k+ a month with specifically native static ads, understands them thoroughly, is well versed with the current best health & wellness DR brands, and is hungry and fast from ideation to execution. The amount of concepts a week/month is negotiable, but we're looking for volume here, so don't apply if you're juggling 4+ brands and won't be able to consistently churn out concepts/your responsibilities daily.

Creative Strategist — DTC Children's Brand (Facebook / Instagram) We're a growing children's education brand that sells through direct-response Facebook & Instagram ads. We're looking for a creative strategist who turns real customer insight into ads that scale profitably — not just ads that get views. What you'll do: Research our customer (parents) — mine winning angles from social, competitors, and reviews Turn insight into ad concepts + scripts: emotional, story-based direct-response (our top ads read like a real "storytime" post, not polished brand creative) Write briefs our editors execute with zero guesswork Iterate winners and cut losers based on the numbers You're a fit if you: Have DTC / e-commerce experience and have personally made Meta ads that scaled to real spend (not just "went viral") Think in outcomes — profitable, scalable winners — not just how many ads you shipped Are a strong storytelling copywriter Are coachable and collaborative (we have strong creative instincts and want you building with us) Can handle an emotionally intense, sensitive subject (child safety) tastefully Comp: competitive for a real A-player.
