We’re looking for an A Player Meta Media Buyer who can come in, take ownership of the account immediately, and scale hard. We’re currently spending approximately $100k+/month and are actively looking to push significantly higher. This is not a role for someone who needs 3–4 weeks to “learn the account” before making moves. We need someone who can get organized quickly, understand the data, identify what’s working, build the right campaign structures, and start scaling almost immediately. Meta needs to be your primary domain. We are not looking for someone who just launches campaigns, follows Meta recommendations, and checks ROAS once a day. We want someone who understands Meta at an expert level and can handle media buying from A–Z without hand-holding. What You Need to Be Great At You should have deep experience with: - CBO campaign structures - Efficient ABO creative testing - ASC / Advantage+ structures - Bid caps and cost controls - Aggressive scaling - Horizontal and vertical scaling - Graveyard campaigns - Evergreen / winner campaigns - Campaign consolidation - Budget allocation - Creative testing systems - Whitelisting / partnership ads - Running ads through different pages - Retargeting structures - Funnel segmentation - Scaling high-volume creative accounts You should know how to create and maintain graveyard campaigns properly, understand when older creatives deserve another chance, when to recycle winners, and how to structure campaigns so strong ads don’t get lost. You Need to Be Extremely Organized Organization is a major part of this role. We want someone who keeps Ads Manager clean and structured. Campaigns, ad sets, naming conventions, testing campaigns, scaling campaigns, graveyard campaigns, winners, losers, and creative iterations should all be easy to understand. You should be able to enter an account with hundreds of creatives and still know exactly: - What is being tested - What is scaling - What is fatigued - What is being recycled - What needs to be killed - What needs more spend - What should move into a scaling campaign - What should be placed into a graveyard campaign We do not want a messy account where nobody knows why campaigns exist. You Need to Be Able to Scale Fast This is extremely important. We are not looking for someone who takes a month to scale an account. If the numbers support scaling, we expect you to recognize it quickly and act. You should already know how to: - Increase spend without destroying efficiency - Scale winning creatives aggressively - Move winners into proper scaling structures - Allocate budget toward the strongest opportunities - Identify when an account can handle more spend - React quickly when performance starts trending upward - Know when to push and when to protect efficiency We already have spend going through the account. You are not starting from zero. We need someone who can come in, understand what’s happening, and be ready to move from day one. Creative Feedback Loop This is a major part of the role. We do not want a media buyer who only waits for the creative strategist to hand them ads. You need to actively create a feedback loop between media buying, creative strategy, and ownership. You should be constantly communicating what the account is telling us. That means giving the creative strategist clear feedback on: - Hooks that are outperforming - Angles that are gaining traction - Formats that are winning - Creators that are outperforming - Offers that are converting - Ads that are fatiguing - Ads that deserve iterations - Concepts that should be killed - Concepts that need more volume - Patterns across winning ads - What we should make more of next You should also be able to give direct feedback to me on what the account needs. For example: - We need more ads around a specific angle - We need new advertorials - We need a new landing page - We need to test a new offer - We need additional whitelisting pages - We need new UGC creators - We need new static concepts - We need more variations of a winning hook - We need better MOF or BOF creative - We need to test a different funnel - We need additional copy angles - We need to refresh fatigued winners I do not want to have to figure this out for you. The media buyer should be able to look at the data and say: “This is what’s working, this is what’s missing, and this is what we need to make next.” That feedback should be actionable enough that the creative strategist can immediately turn it into briefs. You are expected to help drive the creative roadmap based on actual account performance. Creative Analysis You should be able to look at the account and quickly identify: - Winning hooks - Winning angles - Winning creators - Winning formats - Winning offers - Creative fatigue - Trends inside the account - Concepts that deserve more iterations - Where performance is breaking down The media buyer should influence what gets made next. We do not want someone who simply waits for creatives to be handed to them. You Need to Understand the Numbers You should understand every important metric inside Meta and how they connect. This includes: - CPM - CPC - CTR - CPA - CVR - ROAS - MER - Frequency - Hook rate - Hold rate - Thumb-stop rate - Landing-page conversion rate - AOV - Contribution margin More importantly, you need to understand why these numbers are changing and what action to take because of it. Communication We expect regular breakdowns of: - Account performance - Spend - Winning campaigns - Losing campaigns - Ads beginning to scale - Creative fatigue - Emerging hooks - Emerging angles - Testing results - Scaling decisions - Problems inside the account - Recommendations for the creative team - New creative needs - Landing-page or advertorial needs - Funnel opportunities Communication should happen daily or every other day. We do not want someone who disappears into Ads Manager and only talks when asked. Bonus Experience Meta is the most important platform for this role. Experience with other channels is a strong bonus: - TikTok - Snapchat - Taboola - Outbrain - AppLovin - Google - YouTube - Native advertising platforms Who We're Looking For We are not looking to teach someone how to media buy. We want someone who has already managed serious spend, understands how to scale, is extremely organized, communicates clearly, and can take full ownership. When applying, please include: - Previous accounts you've managed - Monthly spend managed - Largest account you've managed - Brands you've scaled - Screenshots or case studies - Examples of scaling results - Your creative testing framework - Your scaling framework - How you structure graveyard campaigns - How you create a feedback loop with creative strategists - Examples of times you identified that a brand needed new ads, landing pages, advertorials, offers, or funnels based on account data - How quickly you've scaled accounts in the past Current Spend: ~$100k+/month Primary Channel: Meta Goal: Scale aggressively and efficiently. If you need weeks of hand-holding before you're comfortable making decisions, this role probably isn't the right fit. We want someone who's ready to come in, execute, communicate what the account needs, and help drive the next wave of creative.
