full-stack mobile game developer who knows how to build the kind of simple, addictive mobile games that go viral and generate serious revenue. You’ll own the technical side from idea → prototype → production → App Store/Google Play launch, working closely with our team on game concepts, monetization, retention, and growth. What we’re looking for: Strong experience building mobile games from scratch Full-stack capability across game development, backend, APIs, analytics, and integrations Experience with Unity, Unreal, Godot, or similar Ability to rapidly prototype and launch games—not spend months overengineering Deep understanding of mobile game mechanics, retention, monetization, ads, IAPs, and viral loops Experience shipping games to the App Store and Google Play Strong product instincts: you understand what makes a game fun, addictive, shareable, and scalable Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment and taking ownership Big plus: You’ve previously built or worked on a mobile game that achieved meaningful downloads, revenue, or viral growth. We’re not looking for someone who just writes code—we want someone who can take a game from an idea to a product that prints.
