I am looking to onboard a killer creative strategist for one of our supplement brands. At the root of everything, we are a manufacturing company for supplement and cosmetic products. The potential for growth you have working with us is massive. Now, I'm not looking for a regular creative strategist who wants to throw a Jewish doctor or an Amish guy in an ad, hoping it's a winner. Or the strategist that copy-and-pastes scripts from Claude and charges me a retainer like he's making masterpieces. I'm looking for a strategist that wants to trench alongside me, is obsessed with direct response marketing, and wants to grow within a team long term and produce results that are meaningful and guaranteed to push your career forward. You need to understand our customer: - the type of content they consume - what they do when they get out of bed - what problems they're facing - how to direct your messaging towards them You should know what makes a killer ad in terms of editing (and if you don't know yet, I will gladly help you. Our editors are also solid.) We have our backend dialed in to make that possible, and are ready to bully the ad auction with you. The day you are onboarded, we expect you to go hard on this brand in particular. The team environment revolves around constant improvement. You depend on me, the editors depend on you and me, and I depend on you. Together, we move as a unit, and you are going to be uncomfortable, and you are going to grow. If you do not have this understanding of how important working together as a team is, do not apply. This is going to be very hands-on, and it's going to be very gritty. And we are going to make this is one of the biggest brands in the world. Again, if you do not understand that, I am warning you right now: do not apply. But if you are a killer, if you are ready to push the boundaries, and you think you got what it takes to scale something to the moon, just know there are bonuses in it for you. There's growth opportunity within our company, and we want to see every single one of you eating good for a very long time. So if this sounds like it's up your alley. Go ahead and apply. I would love to speak with you.
