We're a direct response e-commerce brand looking for a skilled video editor to create high-converting content for our marketing campaigns. You'll work on a steady stream of product videos, customer testimonials, ads, and promotional content designed to drive sales across social platforms and email. Who You Are: You have 2+ years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio showing e-commerce or direct response advertising work. You're fluent in editing software (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent) and comfortable with motion graphics and basic graphic design. You understand DTC marketing principles—what makes a video convert, not just look good. You work efficiently under deadlines, communicate clearly about project status, and take direction well while offering creative input. A background in social media video content or performance marketing is a plus. What you'll own • You'll edit raw footage into polished, fast-paced videos optimized for DTC (direct-to-consumer) conversion. This means sharp cuts, strategic pacing, on-brand graphics, and compelling hooks that capture attention in the first 3 seconds. You'll handle everything from shoot-to-final: color correction, sound design, text overlays, motion graphics, and A/B test variations. You'll also manage video file organization, maintain brand consistency across projects, and meet tight production timelines.
