We run a Telehealth company, and we're running a female libido prescription medicine. We're promoting sex for menopausal women. We're just starting to scale, and we're looking to onboard somebody with previous Nutra or Telehealth direct response creative experience. The main quality I'm looking for is hunger. The hunger to outcompete. The hunger to produce. The hunger to innovate. Consistency, action, speed. This is not a role where you write concepts and wait weeks to see them tested. You’ll have: • A full editing team behind you • As much additional editing capacity as your concepts need • Significant spend to test ideas quickly • Direct access to performance data and fast feedback loops Your main job is to research deeply, find opportunities, develop strong DR concepts/scripts, analyze what’s working, and keep producing ideas that can take meaningful spend. We want someone who: • Has real creative strategy experience in health / supplements (yes, even though its different from our vertical) • Understands DR, awareness levels, mechanisms, psychology + copy at a deep level • Can think independently and develop original angles rather than just remixing competitors • Has creatives that have already taken meaningful spend IF this is you, hit me up with: To apply, DM me with: Your portfolio - A few of your best-performing creatives + spend/results - The thinking/mentality behind one of those winners - How you operate day to day - Anything else you think we should know - *Loom strongly preferred.
