by Castro Commerce LLC·Remote·6+ mo·Posted 4d agoWe're a fast-growing ecommerce brand in gifting and personalized products, spending heavily on Meta ads. We need a creative strategist who can turn winning ads into new ones and help us reach new audiences. This is a fully remote role. What you'll do - Study our top ads and competitors, and pull out the hooks, angles and formats that work - Write ad scripts, hooks and Facebook ad copy, and brief editors and AI tools - Plan iterations from our best performers (new hooks, visuals and audiences) - Track results and keep a steady flow of new tests every week What we're looking for - Experience writing Facebook/Meta ad copy and UGC-style scripts - A sharp sense of what makes people stop scrolling and buy - Strong written English - Jewelry, gifting or DTC experience is a plus, not required - Beginners with strong samples are welcome Pay: $2,000-4,000/month based on experience, plus a bonus of 3% of the ad spend on the ads you create. To apply: send 2-3 creative briefs you've written for an editor, along with the final video ad that came out of each one. We want to see how you take an ad from brief to finished video and how you direct editors. Also include a short note about one ad you think works and why, and your time zone. Start your application with the word BLUE so we know you read the full post.
