As the California State Head for Community & Programs at Women in AI, I lead community growth, partnerships, and programming across the state. I organize founder dinners, networking events, coffee chats, and conversations that bring together founders, technologists, and industry leaders. Alongside community building, I work in AI product management, where I focus on understanding user needs, improving experiences, and driving engagement and adoption. I love building communities from the ground up, creating spaces where people feel welcome and heard, and finding creative ways to keep them engaged.
