As the founder and creative director of 40pro, I've led creative work end to end for clients across 20+ countries, from concept and brand strategy through video, audio, and web production, building a track record of 400+ websites and brand identities and earning Wix's Top 100 Global Partner status. Before that, I spent a decade running a recording studio, producing and directing creative work for artists including Jelly Roll, Young Buck, and The Oak Ridge Boys. Across both, the throughline is the same: I take a project from a loose idea to a finished result, and I do it by staying hands-on rather than handing pieces off. What I bring beyond the creative work is range. Alongside my creative career, I've spent over two decades leading construction and landscape design projects, managing budgets, subcontractor teams, and client relationships for a 500+ client landscape design business and multiple residential construction projects across Tennessee and Florida. That hands-on project management experience, combined with running creative businesses from the ground up, means I understand how to keep a project on track and on budget whether it's a brand campaign, a video shoot, or a job site. I'm comfortable leading a room, but just as comfortable rolling up my sleeves on set, in the edit, on a client call, or on site.
