Direct Response Creative Strategist | Relationship Niche (7-Figure Monthly Spend)

We’re a fast-scaling brand in the relationship niche, spending $4M+ a month on ads and pushing to scale even further. We’re looking for a top-tier direct response creative strategist: a copywriter first, a strategist second. This is a full-time, exclusive role. We want someone ready to join the team and commit to the brand, not someone stacking clients. You’ll work with 3–5 of our top editors and join 3x weekly creative strategy calls with our team. At this scale, your winning ads can make you serious money. What You’ll Own Deliver 10–20 quality briefs per week (quality over quantity) Write direct response hooks, angles, and scripts that convert at scale Brief and direct 3–5 top editors from concept to final cut Join 3x weekly creative strategy calls with the team Review ad performance and decide what to scale, kill, and test next Who You Are DR heavy, with deep direct response experience. This is a must A copywriter first, then a strategist Has worked with 7–8 figure brands, ideally at high spend Understands consumer psychology and how to move cold traffic to a sale Data-driven: you know what every metric means for an ad and what to test next Ready to commit full-time to one brand (no other clients) Bonus Points Experience in relationship, dating, or similar high-emotion niches A portfolio of winning ads with the numbers behind them Compensation $5,000-$6,000/month + 5% of profit on the ads you create.
