S-Tier Creative Strategist | 7-8 Figure Direct Response Experience

We’re looking for a high-level Creative Strategist with proven experience helping scale a pet supplement brand. Fully remote $3K to $6K/month base + performance bonuses up to 5% of ad spend. If you're actually good at what you do, there is a lot of upside here. This role is different. You won't be one of hundreds on a team that barely knows your name. You'll work directly with me, the founder, and see every ad you make move the needle on a brand you'll be proud to tell your mom about. (And yes, we're the kind that actually helps dogs, not the shady kind.) You need a very strong foundation in copywriting, marketing psychology, direct response and creative strategy. Someone who has actually been in the trenches - writing scripts, developing concepts, analyzing performance and understanding what makes an ad sell. Ideally, you have: Experience with 7–9 figure brands and aggressive scaling Deep training in copywriting and direct-response marketing Experience in supplements/health — experience in the pet niche is a HUGE plus Strong understanding of AI creative and where advertising is moving Ability to turn ideas into great scripts and clear concepts for editors Experience working closely with editors, copywriters and media buyers A strong understanding of creative testing, performance analysis and finding new opportunities to scale Most importantly, we want someone driven and constantly improving. Someone who looks at what we're doing every day and asks how we can make it better, more profitable and scale faster. You've got to LOVE what you do.
