Looking for some interns to help me scale an app

We're scaling a sleep wellness app and need creative design support to help us reach new users and deepen engagement with our existing community. What You'll Own: You'll contribute to our design strategy across multiple areas—from refining our user experience to creating marketing assets that help us acquire and retain users. You might work on app interface improvements, design thinking for new features, visual direction for campaigns, or user research insights that inform our product decisions. You'll collaborate closely with our product and marketing teams, seeing your work move from concept to real users. Who You Are: You're a designer or creative thinker with a portfolio showing design work—whether that's UI/UX, visual design, branding, or campaign concepts. You have a genuine interest in wellness or health apps, or you're simply excited about the problem space. You're detail-oriented, collaborative, and curious about how design decisions impact user behavior. You don't need years of experience; what matters is that you can think strategically about design problems and execute clearly. Figma experience is a plus. You're eager to learn, take feedback, and grow through working on a real product with an active user base.
