Creative Strategist – 500k/month health brand (remote, full-time)

We're a health and supplement brand doing $500k/month and looking to double that revenue. We need a junior creative strategist to help us scale our creative output and execution across channels. What you'll do: research avatars and find angles, write scripts and hooks, brief video editors and UGC creators, and read the data to decide what we scale, iterate or kill. What we're looking for: 1+ years on DTC e-commerce ads, Meta primarily Angles and scripts you personally wrote that scaled — with numbers to back it up Fluent inside Ads Manager: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, frequency Strong written English Compensation: to be discussed, full-time, paid monthly. Long-term role, direct work with the founders, real budget to test.
