We're building a team of creative strategists to develop compelling brand narratives and strategic creative direction across a portfolio of client projects. What You'll Own: You'll translate client business objectives into creative strategies that drive measurable results. This means conducting brand and market research, identifying unique positioning opportunities, developing creative briefs, and articulating the strategic thinking behind visual and messaging concepts. You'll work across multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and other specialists to ensure creative work aligns with strategy. Who You Are: You have 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or related strategic design roles. You're comfortable presenting ideas to clients and internal teams, backing up recommendations with research and insight. You understand how to balance creative ambition with business objectives. You have a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking—not just aesthetics. You're organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple briefs without losing quality. Experience in advertising, design consultancies, or in-house brand teams is a plus. You communicate clearly in writing and are skilled at distilling complex thinking into actionable creative direction.
