Creative Strategist

Hiring: Creative Strategist for multi 7-figure pet store Fully remote $5K to $8K/month base + performance bonuses up to 7% of ad spend. If you're actually good at what you do, there is a lot of upside here. I'm looking for strategists who have spent $$$ and can show me creatives they were responsible for and the performance behind them. Not looking for people who just write shitty claude briefs. I want someone who understands research, angles, hooks, customer psychology, performance data, iteration, and how to consistently find NEW winners at scale. You track hypotheses and learnings. You implement effective feedback loops. You don't blindly use AI for copy. You've had ads with significant spend behind them, and can handle 20-30+ vid batches a week. I've been running creative myself and I'm the bottleneck, so you will work with me and the editors.
