$2,000/month + performance bonuses. We’re a fast growing women's skincare brand and we’re looking for a talented video editor, fluent in English and specialized in high converting Meta ads. Apply if: - You’ve worked with eCom brands before and edited ads that actually scaled - You’re EXCELLENT with AI and up to date with trends, formats, etc… - You understand ad psychology well and have a strong eye for engaging content - You pay attention to detail and you’re genuinely passionate about the craft, you’re not satisfied with “good enough” - You speak English really well Don’t Apply if: - You edit beautiful ads but don’t understand psychology and direct response - You’re not up to date with the trends and tools in the eCom space - You’re not obsessed about your craft - You do not pay attention to detail - You feel overwhelmed as soon as you have more work than usual Workload: 1 to 2 videos per day. Compensation: $2,000/month + performance bonuses. Important: The work is not easy, you will constantly be tested and pushed to your limits.
