S-Tier Creative Strategist — 8–9 Figure Direct Response Experience

We’re looking for a high-level Creative Strategist with proven experience helping scale 8–9 figure direct-response brands. You need a very strong foundation in copywriting, marketing psychology, direct response and creative strategy. Someone who has actually been in the trenches — writing scripts, developing concepts, analyzing performance and understanding what makes an ad sell. Ideally, you have: Experience with 8–9 figure brands and aggressive scaling Deep training in copywriting and direct-response marketing Experience in supplements/health — ED experience is a major plus, as well as blood pressure or cholesterol Experience leading and developing creative teams Strong understanding of AI creative and where advertising is moving Ability to turn ideas and scripts into clear concepts for editors Experience working closely with editors, copywriters and media buyers A strong understanding of creative testing, performance analysis and finding new opportunities to scale Most importantly, we want someone driven and constantly improving.
