Senior Direct Response Copywriter | 8-Figure DTC Brand

We're an 8-figure DTC e-commerce brand in the outdoor, home, garden, and tools space, with 40+ SKUs and a rapidly expanding product portfolio. We're looking for an exceptional direct response copywriter who understands creative strategy to take ownership of our landing page production. Copywriting comes first. Creative strategy comes second. This is not an ad creation role. Your entire focus will be identifying winning landing page opportunities, developing compelling angles, and producing high-quality, conversion-focused page briefs for our design and development teams. What You'll Own Produce 5+ high-quality landing page briefs per week, including sales pages, advertorials, listicles, and other direct response formats. Analyze our winning Meta ads to identify messaging, hooks, angles, and concepts that can translate into high-converting pages. Study customer reviews, competitor funnels, consumer psychology, and performance data. Develop compelling headlines, persuasive copy, unique mechanisms, offers, and complete page structures. Deliver fully developed briefs that our design team can execute without constant clarification. Proactively identify opportunities across our existing SKUs rather than waiting for assignments. Review page performance and use those learnings to improve future concepts. Who We're Looking For Elite direct response copywriting ability. You know how to sell through written words. Proven experience writing conversion-focused landing pages for DTC e-commerce brands. Strong understanding of consumer psychology, awareness levels, market sophistication, and persuasive messaging. Experience developing sales pages, advertorials, and listicles. Extremely efficient researcher and writer capable of maintaining quality at high volume. Data-driven thinker who understands conversion rates, AOV, CPA, ROAS, and testing. Independent, proactive, and comfortable taking complete ownership of the process. We're not looking for someone who needs 3 days to research every product or requires constant direction. Our products are practical, with clear benefits and straightforward consumer problems. We believe the right person, with the right systems, can produce exceptional briefs efficiently. Compensation Performance-heavy compensation with uncapped earning potential. $350–$800 bonus per winning landing page, depending on performance and impact. Open to a small base retainer during the initial trial. Flexible ongoing retainer for exceptional candidates with proven results. You'll have access to existing winning ads, proven products, customer research, performance data, and a dedicated design and development team ready to execute your briefs.
