German-Speaking AI Video Creator & Editor | E-Commerce Ads

I’m looking for an experienced, German-speaking AI Video Creator & Editor for my e-commerce brand. We create German-language video ads for the Swiss market. I handle the creative strategy and provide the scripts, reference ads and creative direction. You take ownership of production, from generating the visuals to delivering the finished ad. We’ll start with a paid one-month collaboration, with the possibility of continuing long term if we work well together. What you’ll do: Analyze the provided scripts and reference ads, including their scene structure, actions and pacing. Generate original AI images with consistent characters, products, clothing and visual style. Animate those images using AI video tools, making sure movements match the script. Create German voiceovers with ElevenLabs and check pronunciation, emphasis and timing. Edit the complete ad in CapCut, including captions, music, sound effects and transitions. Identify and fix AI artifacts, unwanted repetitions, inconsistent visuals and editing mistakes. Incorporate feedback and deliver the final export alongside a fully editable CapCut project. Most projects involve animated comic/cartoon or 3D characters. We’ll also work with realistic AI UGC and other visual styles. Video length and complexity vary. Some ads are short; others are several minutes long and involve dozens of generated scenes. We’ll agree on the scope, estimated hours and deadline for each ad. What I’m looking for: Proven experience producing complete AI video ads, from image generation through to the final edit. Fluent spoken and written German. You must independently understand the scripts and assess voiceovers, captions and visual storytelling. Strong CapCut skills and experience with ElevenLabs. An established workflow for AI image generation and image-to-video animation. A good understanding of e-commerce advertising, hooks, pacing, storytelling and sound design. Attention to character consistency, product accuracy and natural movement. Reliable communication, independent working habits and the ability to implement feedback. Experience with cartoon-style ads or realistic AI UGC is required. Experience with both is a plus. CapCut delivery: All projects must be available in our shared CapCut cloud workspace so I can open and edit them myself. Include all source images, animations and audio files. Captions, voiceover, music and other elements must remain editable, with clearly organized files and timelines. Compensation and availability: USD 20–30 per hour, depending on experience and portfolio. Up to 100 hours during the first month, approximately 20–25 hours per week. Hourly freelance collaboration, starting with one paid month. Fully remote, open to applicants worldwide. Brief check-ins daily or every other working day. Tool access and generation costs agreed separately before starting. Start date to be agreed. I can provide a recorded SOP and walk you through my workflow. You should already have hands-on experience; onboarding will focus on our process and quality standards. We’ll begin with a short paid test clip within the agreed budget. We’ll confirm its scope and estimated hours before you start.
