I found my way into creative strategy with our family business brand Kleinsorganic.com where i grew the brand to 6-figures. Due to family issues, we had to pause this brand. I then pivoted into CS via Evolve & Ecomtalent and realised I didn't really understand direct response; I just got lucky, along with a solid understanding of customer research due to my CRO background. I have now been editing for a 7-figure pet brand and just started doing bounties for this brand. My journey over 5 months has been intense and I have grown exponentially.
