Contrary to a lot of copywriters or creative strategists, I come from a different background: close to four years in high-ticket B2B and B2C sales, including a stretch as an Account Executive at Russell Brunson's Prime Mover ($650k generated at 140% of target), and most recently an SDR role closing $5M+ in career revenue and $16M in pipeline at 125% average quota. That work taught me how to find the real objection underneath the surface one, the same instinct behind a good ad hook, just compressed into three seconds instead of a 30-minute call. I've since moved into direct response creative strategy for DTC health and wellness brands, writing VSL scripts, landing pages, advertorials, ad copy, fully designed static ads and landing pages. Hundreds of sales conversations a week is what actually built my instinct for a good angle, something no course or marketing book could've taught me the same way.
