Previously, I grew Paramount Pictures’ Asia-Pacific digital business from near-zero to $25 million in annual revenue. My experience spans startup leadership and building businesses within global organizations: from ideation to opening markets, negotiating content and technology partnerships, setting product direction and owning the P&L. I have hired and led hybrid and remote teams around the world, and reshaped a business when customer demand and economics changed.
