A Content and Online Community Specialist passionate about creating safe, valuable, and engaging digital environments. I specialize in curating, moderating, and analyzing content for high-traffic e-commerce platforms. I began my journey at Promobit by moderating user-submitted content, where I analyzed and validated thousands of deals to ensure platform quality. Building on my performance and market knowledge, I evolved into a more proactive Deal Hunting role. Today, I am responsible for actively sourcing and prospecting for new promotions in the retail market—ensuring a constant pipeline of high-quality content—and also contribute to creating marketing strategies and curated collections to boost user engagement. My degree in Systems Analysis and Development gives me a unique technical perspective on how platforms work, while my early experience in customer service solidified my communication skills and my focus on solving user needs.
