I'm a creative strategist with 6+ years of experience, though my path here started in Madrid and Caracas, and it shows up in how I work. I've spent the last several years helping brands like Under Armour, Amazon, Chewy, and ClickUp figure out what they're actually trying to say and then building the campaigns, partnerships, and content that say it well. Before any of that, I spent a few years teaching English to kids as young as one, and coordinating curriculum for a preschool in Madrid. I don't talk about that part of my career much on a resume, but it's probably where I actually learned how to explain something complicated in a way a specific person will understand, whether that person is a five-year-old or a client deciding where to put their marketing budget. These days, at Icon, I lead strategy for enterprise partnership programs, which mostly means I'm the person translating between what a brand needs and what a creator, a designer, or a client stakeholder can actually execute. I like the parts of this work that are a little unglamorous: the briefs, the timelines, the usage-rights negotiations, because that's usually where a good idea either comes together or falls apart. I studied Advertising and PR in Madrid and Social Communication in Caracas, and I've built my career across four countries and a handful of industries since. What's stayed constant is that I like being the person in the room who can hold both the big idea and the deadline at the same time.
