I complement this growth focus by already managing end-to-end procurement and supply chain logistics for DTC operations. To keep these systems lean at scale, I build custom AI-assisted automation using tools like Claude Code and make.com to eliminate manual data work and streamline inventory tracking. I operate at the intersection of product strategy, operational efficiency, and performance data, tracking KPIs such as conversion rate, sell-through, and customer behavior signals to guide SKU prioritization and iteration.
